Decent unit that does what it says. Battery life seems all over the place and the bands get dirty fast, but overall, I recommend it.

I bought this for my wife to replace one that she had lost. These are by far the easiest and least intrusive exercise/activity tracker I've seen. The only drawback is that it uses this silly little metal piece to hold the band together on the arm. Why not use a clasp or something like a watchband? This is why my wife lost the first one and I have read a lot of people have a problem with that as well. Otherwise it is pretty much perfect.

I love my fitbit. I wear it all the time. Does great at monitoring my steps, sleep and can even track my meals.

I like the Fitbit, just having trouble getting it set up. Came with no instruction but the people at Best Buy have been very helpful.

Great tool to help you ease into (or back into) an exercise routine. Connecting with friends also helps motivate to get your steps in for the day!! Great product, I plan on upgrading soon!

This item is a good buy but isn't always perfect. It sometimes has issues syncing but with patience it does everything you'd expect.

I wanted something to get me started on my weight loss goal. This was a great start. its addicting! Becomes a game you want to win.

I gave this to my daughter in law for Christmas. She likes it but if the Charge came in pink & wasn't as wide I would have bought that.

Easy to use, easy to set up, comfortable, not too bulky. I like it.

I love the features that keep you connected to friends and their progress and being able to challenge them and cheer them on is great!

Helps motive me to move. If I don't see those five lights, indicating I've reached my goal, I'll usually get up and do something else. The sleep tracker is really helpful too. I've actually adjusted my sleep schedule because I really wasn't getting enough actual sleep time. It's a great tool to just help you stay aware and motivated. It's also very comfortable.

I love my Fitbit,, it is what I expected. Previously I had used a pedometer that only measured steps and distance walked. Fitbit not only does that, but also measures calories in and calories burned by my activities. Fitbit communicates wirelessly to my SmartPhone and laptop computer and sends me a weekly report which I really like. So far the charge lasts over a week.

Decided to return this item because the functions were not great for the price.

Decent product but like anything has its quirks. It will record steps by simply waiving the arm so steps can be inflated occasionally.

Really like this version because it has the ability to change the bands to match different outfits. Works well when using and the web interface is simple to use to track all the activity.

I found the Fitbit Flex worth the wait. This product was sold out for 8-10 weeks and I finally got my hands on one. It helps keep me motivated on a daily basis and have synced with MyFitnessPal and it helps track calories. I like the ability to monitor activity on the web and along with exercise, feeling better every day. Overall, I am please with the product.

I bought the fit bit and the three pack of accessory bands as a gift for my girlfriend. She has been using it for a month, and loves it! Little LED's on the band light up as you reach different preset step goals. When you reach 10,000 steps the last LED lights up. The unit resets the next day. She likes the fact that she can switch out the band colors to match her outfit. The wristband is also easy to wear and doesn't get in the way when she's running.

I love my Flex but there are things about it I wish I knew ahead of time. The Flex does not count the floors you climb like the other ones do. My phone is also not compatible with the app. My battery was GREAT the first month, but now it dies every 2 days with NO notice. The band gets dirty quickly, so buy the extra bands right away. I love the Flex, but I think I would have invested more money for the next one up instead.

I got this for my Fiance who asked for it. After trying to set it up to pair with her iphone 4 we both read online it only works with iphone 4S or later. This was a big drawback since she was looking forward to being able to check her progress and such on her phone rather than on a computer. She decided to stick with it and plans on checking online every now and then to see where things are and to sync it. When I say it's not very intuitive, I mean that the lights on the fitbit flex light up certain ways to indicate certain things, but without reading what each type of light (flashing/dimming/position of lights) it's not easy to tell what you're looking at. The main information is on the site (or app if you have a newer phone) which seemed easy to use and had a lot of information including the capability to set a goal and silent alarm which the fitbit flex buzzes to indicate. Overall this seems like a solid fitness tracker and I'm sure it's great for those with newer phones.

I love my fitbit activity and sleep tracker wristband! It provides me with data that I otherwise would not have access to. It is easy to understand and apply fitness and sleeping patterns.
