I love my fitbit! I wear it every day with the app on my phone. I can see immediately how I am progressing throughout the day! Glad I purchased- and eventually bought one for my mom too!

The flex doesn't have the heart rate feature. However, since it was an unexpected gift, my friend didn't have any expectations about how it would function. She says that she loves it.

I love that It is a wristband for those who lose things easily, and a perfect way to track your daily activities and your sleep without doing anything extra. Only downfall is that it is a bit bulky and if you want to wear something nice to go out, you have this thick bracelet on you.

This was a nice find. My wife loves to accessorize and she loves her Fi Bit. When we gave this to her she swapped it ASAP . I didn't think it was a big deal but then I don't accessorize .

I liked it until it quit working,:( I took it back and upgraded to a fitbit charge. I really liked it. just sorry it was defective

I love that I can track my activity, water intake, make a meal plan based on my weight goals and monitor my sleep. It is very comfortable. I often forget that I even have it on. Whenever I'm near my cell phone or my computer, it automatically updates my dashboard so that I can see at a glance where I am for the day with my goals. The weekly summary emails are nice too!

My son was very happy with his gift. I had purchased one for my other son last year, and as expected, his brother wanted one as well.

Overall, the Fitbit Flex is a killer tool to use in personal wellness. Occasionally i have problems with the battery staying charged

Had a problem with the fitbit during the first 6 months and they took it back and gave my daughter a brand new one. Great customer service. It was under warranty, but no hassles at all,

I love this. It tracks my sleeping which is extremely important to me. Easy to use, easy to setup.

I absolutely love my fitbit. It has made it super fun to work out, I love the groups ive joined and pairing it with the phone app and doing daily and weekly challenges keeps my accountable.

I like the Fitbit band a lot, it's nice looking, easy to use. The only issue I've had with it is that it is not so accurate tracking sleep and steps. I had to reset it twice in a month to make it start tracking my steps again. Other than that, I'm fine with it. It syncs with MyFitnessPal which is great if you are tracking your calories intake as well.

Smaller band and display makes it easier to conceal and it's replaceable bands makes it easy to blend with the colors your wearing.

I love Fitbit. However the flex does not track when you are pushing a cart. The battery doesn't stay charged very long either.

With the Apple watch out, the activity trackers are dropping in price like crazy, this one is pretty basic but gets the job done.

I wore this device for about a week. I love the vibrating alarm and how it monitors your sleep. It is very user friendly, but the step tracker was way off. on one walk it said I walked an extra half mile. I took it back and now have the writhing pulse. miss the alarm but way more accurate

Good stuff. Bought as a gift but it really does what it is supposed to especially for the price. Bought a 2nd one shortly after.

The customer service here is wonderful. My fitbit was synching for the first two days I had it then it stopped synching. Best Buy changed it out for me with no problems, Love my fitbit!!!
