My Dr. told me I need to lose 15 pounds and I have no time for exercise. I also have sleep apnea. This FitBit Flex helps me on both areas. I now can count my steps in aneffort to increase my activity level as well as being able to tell how much and when I am moving around in my sleep. This will assist my sleep doc in determining follow up treatment.

Fitbit flex works fine but doesn't appear to keep accurate track of steps taken for the day. Otherwise seems to work well.

This is second Fitbit I have purchased, because I lost my first one. I missed it and purchased another of the same brand and style. It works perfect for what I use it for.

It works great, and looks cool, while not drawing attention to itself as a fitness item. The sleep tracking is a great feature, and the bracelet design means you don't have to worry about clipping it to your clothing. The lack of a display on the unit means you have to get to your smartphone or tablet to check your progress, but that's ok.

The Fitbit was a Christmas gift and at first I was Underwhelmed. However, once I used it I have come to rely on it to track my daily activities. I don't go anywhere without it.

For the price point, thus gets the job done. Love the local storage on the device that allows for conserving power on your phone by not needing the Bluetooth to always be on.

This is easy to set up, only took 5-10 min to get going. It can work with smartphone and with computer. Although I think it would be a major inconvenience to use with a computer. The app makes it simple to update on the go, and to check on progress as your doing things. It's a fun way to motivate anyone to achieve a better, healthier existence. Not for someone who hates losing weight, breathing normal, and just feeling overall better.

This device is easy to use, synchronizes automatically with my computer and iPhone, and helps motivate me to be more active. The fact that the database contains just about every food imaginable makes entry of your meals fairly simple. It is so light that you easily forget you're wearing it. While it's accuracy may not be exact, it gives you a great idea of the trends of your behavior. I highly recommend this over the Nike and Jawbone units.

The Fitbit Flex works exactly as described. The only reason rated a 4 is my regret that I did not buy the Fitbit HR

My mom loves the gift I got her. The only problem she is having is putting it in sleep mode so she can track her sleep.

This is an excellent way to keep track of your day-to-day exercise and calorie intake. Comfortable wristband, and good way to track sleep too. Would definitely recommend this!

Overall the item is great for tracking steps and calories.

There is a learning curve, but once the user understands how activities are monitored, it serves well as a motivational tool. Bottom line is we all need to GET MOVING!!

It works great and allows me to track additional progress and calories burned throughout the day before hitting the gym.

I really like this product! I upgraded from the Fitbit Zip. With the zip, I was used to only changing the battery after many months. With this product, it's definitely a difference with needing to charge the unit every couple days. Overall, the battery is a minor issue because the product is easy to use and doesn't bother me at any point of the day. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a great fitness tracker!

I really like my fit bit it makes me more aware of c a loris and steps. Mine how ever doesn't give me the hours I slept.

Great activity tracker but sleep tracking hard to set up and activate properly.
