This is a very basic unit. It takes some figuring out. The included instructions are not very clear. Seems to work fine.

I wear it daily, love it, keeps me on track with my steps, also love that you can set an alarm.

I purchased this item for my wife. She desired to begin logging her daily activity. She enjoys using it daily, and it has helped her modify some of her daily fitness habits.

I love the Fitbit. It really is a constant motivator to keep moving! So easy to use and access info.

Only downside so far is clapping will put in sleep mode. Have to keep switching modes while cheering at baseball game.

I shoud have reviewed the product more before I purchased. The heart rate feature would have been a great add on.

Just wearing the tracker on my wrist reminds me to be active daily. Logging in food also makes you think what you eat and avoid junk food. Bought one for my daughter also.

The Fitbit Flex is a nice tracker with a good concept for a user interface. I've found that it helps me stay more aware of how much activity I've had in the day. I've used the Ultra and the Zip in the past, and I prefer the really simple interface here. Unfortunately, the battery life is shorter than either of these, only a few days. Additionally, when the website or app warns me the battery is low, that doesn't translate to "charge tonight" but instead "charge immediately, it will be dead within the hour". As much as I like the concept, I end up preferring either the One (with same price, more features, and a better battery life as reported by friends) or the Zip (my favorite, months long battery life and cheaper, with the same feature set).

Great product helps in keeping track of workouts , a little skeptical of steps taken during a day, but overall it's ok.

This can really help to keep you on track if you're on a weight loss plan. It keeps you interested about your activity level and can show you in real time - or at least once a day if you don't have an iPhone. It kind of keeps you in competition with yourself.

This was my first wearable tech item and it's fantastic. It's inexpensive and the data it collects and allows you to enter is wonderful. I wore it for a month and then bought one for my sister for her birthday and my mother for Christmas. We all compete against each other and have a blast doing it. It's so simple to use and set up that my 60+ non-technical mother loves it. She doesn't even want to take it off to let it charge :)

This is my second fitbit and my only complaint is the first one stopped recharging after 2.5 years.
