This a great and easy to use tracking device for steps taken in a day and your sleep cycle at night. My employer is using it as part of a health and wellness program. The software will let you track so much more than steps and sleep. It will help you track food, activities goals and etc. I also bought the Fitbit Aria scale that automatically records my weight everyday into the software so I can track that as well

I am glad I purchased the Fitbit this is a very valuable tool to help me keep track of my fitness and nutrition data. It is very easy to set up and it's fun to use especially if you like gadgets. The best part is that you can use it no matter where you go as long as you have access to Wi-Fi or a smart phone. If Not you can always update your data at a later time to see your progress. This was a very good purchase.

The Fitbit Flex is one of the most well priced trackers for what it does. Tracker syncs with various health exercise apps, software/app for Fitbit are simple and easy to use. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a tracker that you can put on and forget about while still accurately tracking steps.

Great fun for the family. You can challenge each other walking or step challenges. Gets the whole family moving.

I like the Flex but had some issues with the app and the tracker picks up quite a few steps that aren't steps.

I can't always get the sleep mode to function and don't use all of the other options (primarily use the steps). The calorie counts are pretty extensive, including almost everything I need although I haven't found a good way to include stuff made at home.

Could be a little more user friendly with using the taps and flashing dots.

Over the last year, I have been on a mission to lose weight and increase my fitness. The losing weight came easy up to a point where I plateaued. The FitBit has helped me monitor my activity levels so I can see specifically how much increased activity will assist me in achieving my goals. I also like the fact that the device monitors my sleep, showing me when I am getting restful sleep versus nights of restless sleep.

I purchased this to give away as a door prize so I can't speak to the quality of the item but I can say that Best Buy in Lufkin, Texas has great customer service.

This is a device I wear constantly. All day every day. Battery life is good charging it 1 time a week. I wanted the Force with the watch - dang recall. The watch aspect is the only thing I am missing out on. If it had that, it would be perfect for a pedometer. I wish it would connect via normal Bluetooth, but oh well. I have my iPad and computer to sync even if my older Android phone won't work. Go out and buy.

I love my Fitbit! It helps me track my steps and my sleep which is really important to me.

I like being able to wear it and forget it's on. Easy to sync and log food. Only complaint is that it's tough to set for sleep tracking. Sometimes it doesn't track at all. One suggestion would be to add time to top of Flex as this is worn on your non-dominant hand. This is the same place I would normally wear a watch.

The only flaw I found was that sudden hand movement can count towards overall steps. The iPhone/iPad app is great!

Gift for my parents to encourage them to exercise more. The social aspect of the fitbit challenges them to best one and another and is a great incentive to stay active

Pretty good way to track your activity. Battery doesn't last very long though.

I have had a fit bit for almost 3 years And except for a few months have worn it the whole time. I did have to buy some replacement bands but the fit bit worked great. I would definitely recommend this product. I just got a new fitness tracker this week so I can see phone calls and messages when I'm in the yard but this one is a great product if you just want to track steps.
