This was the first fitness tracker I have purchased and overall I find the information useful. It provides helpful data when tracking aerobic activity (running), quality of sleep, and calorie intake. If you like data this is definitely a useful tool. I have been somewhat disappointed in the Fitbit due to a couple of reasons. Primarily due to its reliability. My first one which I charged and then wore for a week never would charge again. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a new one fairly quickly, however, I am concerned that this maybe a significant issue with this item. In addition, I was hoping that it would be easier to input other workouts and activities. While I knew it would not track swimming I was hoping that you could input this activity directly into the app but the input only tracks running using your location.

directions are confusing to figure out. better if you know someone that already has one and they can help.

I lke it because it gives me the incentive to exercise and keep tabs on what I am doing during the day.

Fitbit is a great product for those looking for a general activity tracker. It is not super accurate but gives a good enough reading to keep you motivated. Unfortunately it registers random activities, like hammering, as taps and will put itself into sleep mode. I do love the sleep tracking feature though!

It is easy to use and accurate. I'd like it to measure my exercise more but minor.

We bought 2 Fitbit Flex fitness trackers. One for my husband who is 6'ft 3 and one for me (5ft ). We thought it would be a fun way to track of our daily activities and evening walks. Our route is exactly 3 miles. It said my husband walked 4 miles and I walked 2.5. I adjusted height and stride info and tried again with the same results. We returned both trackers.

I received this as a Christmas gift and must start using it now

I love the ability to challenge people to a step off as well as the easy interface is not hard to learn

I have tried a few other items like the fit bit and they don't compare to this. I highly recommend this to everyone that is looking for an activity tracker

Should have spent the extra $ for the model with the bells & whistles.

Overall this is a descent product, but I wish I would have spent the extra $25 dollars for the Charge model. I got one for my wife as well. The first one we got didn't work at all right out of the box. The one we replaced it with only holds a charge for about a day. Often goes into sleep mode when vibrated by things like pushing a shopping cart in the parking lot.

FitBit works fantastic! Keeps accurate count of steps and sleeping time

Easy to use once you figure out need to download app first since comes with no instructions. I love my Flex as it makes me aware of my water intake and sleep and rest. It challenges me to get up and move every hour and achieving workout goals. I already feel more fit in just 3 weeks! Also have a more positive outlook on exercise. For me it helps make exercise more fun.

Bought to keep track of number of steps I do daily. Useful for tracking food intake.

It works well for what it is although mine takes a little longer than I thought it would to recharge

My wife has tried many fit apps programs and gadgets and they all prettymuch were worthless. Until I got the fitbit wristband for her and I can say it was worth buying it. She loves it, it helps her track her steps, activity, calories, water intake, and sleep pattern. Only one minor complain the battery fully charge lasts a week before you need to charge it again. But it those charge quickly.

I love this item. Helps a lot in tracking and monitoring your exercise goals. Definitely a great purchase for anyone who is health and fitness focused. .

Does evrrtyhing that is stated online. I would buy another one.

Not really easy on the set up according to the wife. She seems to really like it once she got used to it.
