The first one did would not sync. No problem with return. This one seems to be fine.

bought this as a gift for my daughter after i received one for christmas. she can't stop wearing. if fact, my wife wants one now.

Great product and reliable. I like that it is water resistant. I do wish it showed more information on the tracking side (i.e. stairs, vertical feet traveled) and the wrist display was more than just the dots that indicate how well you are doing compared to your goals.

I wear this everyday and it works flawlessly. The app works well as well as the fitbit. The battery life is great, band is comfortable, and has all I need. It has motivated me to get walking, tracks my steps, workout time, miles and more if I want to track my calories which I don't do but my friends have been doing. I love it and NO ISSUES at all

Everything but a fit bit that is. A surprise for a friend, who wears it everyday.

Needs to be charged frequently is the only issue. Other than that it works great

The Fitbit does so many things, I've only hit the tip of the iceberg - can't wait to get fully involved with all it's capabilities.

I got this on sale. So far I enjoy using it as I am more aware of my calories. However, I have had to reset the Fitbit because of a syncing issue. I had to use the internet to troubleshoot as there was no manual everything is internet based.

Bought this because they were out of the force version. Wanted the disply of the force instead of just blinking lights indicating different things. It has a great fitness prrogram that is well thought out including info on foood intake although of course it can't measure that. Its big flaw is that it can't detect any activity where your hand is still like bike riding, treadmill use etc. I returned this and bought a basis b1 that can detect all activity because it measures steps, body temp, perspiration, and HEART RATE! This device with its great fitness program is a good deal for the price although I would opt for the force wich only costs a bit more. Overall, its best features are the fitness program and its small non-obtrusive size.

I got this for my wife for Christmas (at her request, not mine ;-)). I think she was hoping it would do more that track steps, but ultimately it serves it's purpose for making you aware of how active or inactive you are throughout an average day. She did have a problem tracking stairs, but we're not ruling out user error.

This product makes it fun and entertainning for anyone that wants to get in shape.

Sometimes all it takes is a bit of a push in the right direction. In the modern era it may come in the form of an electronic device as is the case here. Been sitting around promising to get off my A _ _ and get moving toward better health but havent. This little gizmo is right there all the time keeping track of me and encouraging me. Love it.

The sleep tracking feature is great. However, it's inconvenient that the FitBit Flex doesn't tell time. I usually wear the FitBit instead of my watch, which tends to get annoying because I need to check my phone to know the time. Otherwise, it's a great product.

I cancelled my Weight Watchers membership because I could track my food intake and more with the Fitbit! It works amazing with my Samsung Galaxy 4 and together they make a great system for monitoring your progress and it is all at an affordable price. I would HIGHLY recommend!
