It just makes me so much more aware of the calories I burn and consume, and make sure I'm leaving enough of a daily deficit to achieve my goal. This is a great product. I'm looking forward to the day when fitbit adds in a built-in heart rate monitor to the wristband, so we can have even more accurate calorie burning details.
