really great at tracking your sleep and your steps.

Keeps me on track. Has stopped working several times, but has been replaced each time because of best buy warranty - well worth the $15 extra cost. I enjoy the positive reinforcement on my phone when I have gone above my daily goal

This was exactly what I wanted - small and simple. It doesn't count floors, which some others do. The wrist strap is a pain to put on and even the large strap (two sizes are included) is kind of small - and my wrists aren't especially large.

This is very east to set up and use, It is very light weight.

Gave this to my wife, she likes it a lot. Does what you need for most tracking except no heart rate monitor. Tracking sleep option is great except you have to tap it a bunch of times to go into that mode and sometimes you don't know if it's in the mode or not....

I love my Fitbit! It provides me with an array of information that is insightful to my health. I would like to recommend it!

I wish it was better at tracking sleep. Otherwise this is a terrific product!

It could sync immediately or 30 min later. Other than that its a great product

I like that the lights show me how active i've been,but i wish i could see the # of steps i've taken like with the other fitbit. It is nice that i can wear it in the shower. I also like wearing it around my wrist so it's harder to misplace like my previous fitbit.

I love my Fitbit Flex! I have basically earn it nonstop (except for a few charge breaks) since I bought it a month ago. I have more energy from getting more exercise and I've lost about 7 pounds. I just completed my first challenge with some Fitbit friends and that motivated me even more. I would feel lost without it on!

Purchased as replacement. Lost my other one and had to get the same kind.

The bit with online analytics really helps to track towards my fitness goals

Gift for my boyfriend so he could join the FitBit community. He wears a watch normally, so he needed something that would be small and discreet but that he wouldn't forget. This item has worked out perfectly. Tracks what he needs, incites a little competition between the two of us, and overall does exactly as advertised.

This was a gift for a family member they love it just as much as I do mine.

I like the tracker because of its simple and apt detailsthat can be seen.

There is no instructions for how to use other than connecting via Blue tooth.

East to use and weekly reports are helpful. Wish is did not have to be recharged every 5 days...wish for longer battery life

The FitBit Flex is easy to use and keeps me focused on making sure I meet my daily activity goals. To recharge is easy and it syncs to the computer quickly and no hassle. I never take it off as it is safe in the shower. Love it. Only downside is I wish I had purchased the top model which gives you feedback more easily as the day progresses.
