Logging my sleep helped me realize I wasnt getting enough quality sleep. Being able to sync by bluetooth made this my number one choice.

Fitness Inspiration

I love being able to check how I'm doing from my phone throughout the day. It's motivated me to keep a pair of sneakers at work and take a 10 minute walk breaks twice a day to get in some additional steps. The one feature I'd like to know more about is the sleep mode. It took me a little while to figure out how to engage it...it said to tap for 1-2 seconds...it was more like 5-6 seconds. I'd like to know how it decides how many times I was awake and how many times I was restless during the night. I know I wake up more than it tracks, but I believe it only counts if I physically get out of bed during the night. I've also connected with family members using the Fitbit and now we're challenging each other...more motivation!
