Best Step Tracker

I hate wearing a watch or bracelets and I never notice when this is on. I actually notice more when I'm not wearing it. The fitbit app is great as well, a perfect compliment.

Great exercise tracker

The Flex Bit is way easier and more convenient to use than a standard pedometer. I love the website and all it has to offer. It has made more conscious of what I am eating, my sleep habits as well as how much I am moving.

Great way to keep track on your activity.

We went to NYC and walked some 14 miles all over the city and it was tracking every step of the way and as far as we could tell it is very accurate. Via iPhone app she can see all the details of the activity during our trip. A great device and my wife loves it.

Great to keep you moving each day

I get a better understanding of my hours I sleep and how much I wake up at night. I haven't figure out the Sleep Vibrate function. The directions seems clear, but I haven't been able to set it.

Wish it could be a bit more accurate as I can easily shake my arm to artificially increase the step count. It is a good way to motivate me to track my weight and sleep though. Price isn't too expensive either.

Love it!!! Shower and swim in it...check it anytime on your smart phone. Great product - and the food logging and water intake is amazing!
