If it included a watch face it would be perfect!

It does an excellent job in helping to inspire me to be more active. It easily links to the software used by my workplace to help me earn discounts on my health insurance and points for other rewards.

Quite an eye-opener

Now I have a better idea, supported by data, to see how I'm doing. It also serves to motivate me to do a little more walking if it looks like that's all I need to hit my target.

I bought my husband his own & now it's almost a competition to see who gets more steps every day. I also like how it syncs to the MyFitnessPal app.

It is a little bit hard to put on at first, but after a few times it gets easier. The charge on it lasts for a few days, which is great. Easy to recharge it too. App for the iPhone works great.

Easy to use

I used to use my iPhone to count my steps with th Fitbit apps without the flex. Ever since I use the flex to count, I got more steps than before. I am not sure is it because now are too senstive or now are being accurate compare to before.
