Fitbit is great for tracking running or walking and for keeping a food log. It's also a good tool for tracking sleep patterns It's not as customizable as I would like - doesn't have a way to track fat calories.

I bought the FitBit to track calories burned and integrate that with calories eaten using the My FitnessPal app on my iPhone. The two together work great to give a good picture of net calories for the day. FitBit integrates with many different apps to achieve basically the same results.

I got this for my wife and she loves it!! Loves being able to track her fitness and steps!

The product is pretty good, but it interfered with my Wifi and other applications, so I had to return it. I would suggest printing out the manual, which can be found online. It did not come with the device. It may work great for other people, but just not me.

I have been waiting to get my flex since they were first announced last year. After a log back order wait I was finally able to find one at a local bby mobile store. I love it!! My only real complaint is the battery life, it lasts about 3-5 days depending on how often you sync it but I always hate charging the device because you cannot wear it while charging. It is accurate counting steps (unless you are pushing a shopping cart or stroller). When I am pushing or carrying something & want to make sure my steps are counted (especially long grocery shopping trips) I just put the bracelet in my pocket & it keeps track just as well as being on my wrist.

This is hands down, the best exercise product I have ever purchased. Unlike the box of bought, unused video and workout equipment, I actually use the fitbit everyday. Through its use, I discovered I was having a a sleep disorder and I didn't exercise enought. The wireless feature is great.

I really like the Fitbit system. The band is comfortable enough to wear all day long. It syncs with almost every fitness app and is very accurate. The only drawback to it is that certain activities such as driving a lawn mower will add steps that are not really steps.

Best way to consolidate your fitness monitoring!!!

FitBit is easy to use, and requires just a small commitment (i.e. entering your foods daily, entering weight and additional exercise). It figures out the number of calories in and out, helping to allow for appropriate amount of intake in order to effectively lose or maintain weight.

Great overall product. I recommend it to all my frirnds.

The Fitbit is great. Does everything you would want. Better then the other products out there.

I found this device to be very accurate with the distance walked. Not so sure the calorie count is correct but it's fun to see how far you walk and compare with friends. Also monitors your movement during sleep

All three of us, myself, my 10 year old, and my husband bought the Fitbit Flex in one fell swoop. It has been a month, and we have definitely seen a difference. We now argue over who GETS to walk the dog, just so we can get our "dots". If you need more immediate feedback than dots, however, I would recommend one of the fitbits that have a digital readout display. If you want to be a stealth exerciser, the flex is the fitbit for you. The step count seems accurate, but the distance count varies widely. Also, we have not found the sleep tracking to be particularly accurate of useful. Overall, though, it has been a great motivational tool. It is a little frustrating that the additional colored bands are unavailable and on 10 week backorder, though.

This product works just as stated. My son loves it!
