My son who was turning 12, and is really fit, but wanted this. Honestly I didn't think he needed it, but if he is that interested in fitness, why should I judge? He has thoroughly enjoyed it, and is always trying to get his steps in. Also loves to track his sleep.

I really like this, helps me keep track of how active I am during the day, and how well I sleep at night. The only downside is that any activities that don't have arm movements or ones in the pool have to be manually entered.

When I first decided to buy something to track my sleep patterns as well as my steps I did my research. The best thing is that I can use My Fitness Pal with this device. I have severe sleep APNEA and I can track how well my mask is working with the information collected by the FitBit.

I'm not a health crazed person. But my Fitbit helps me to push myself a little each day. Having sleep apnea, the sleep tracker helps me to see when I have difficulty sleeping and can look for solutions. It has also helped to control my eating habits. Love my Fitbit!

I purchased the fit bit pedometer first, then was intrigued by the ability to monitor your sleep with the flex. I love being able to wear the flex like a bracelet and not have to worry about forgetting to clip it somewhere. I also love that it is water proof so I can wear it swimming!! :)

I absolutely love this device. It has made trying to get back in shape so much easier for me because of how well it syncs with various apps on my phone. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get healthier.

If you decided to jump into the wearable tracker arena, you'll no doubt come across Fitbit. They are the 800 pound gorilla in this space - and it's not by mistake. This unit works flawlessly, it doesn't get in the way, has great battery life and flat out works.

I got my fitbit for my birthday. I love it. I work a job requiring to walk and it tracks it very well. The corresponding app also allows to track a lot of things health related. A must buy for a fitness guru

Got this as a gift for a friend and it is awesome!

I was debating between the Force and the Flex, but after a lot of research, decided to get the Flex. I couldn't be happier. It helps keeps the motivation up. Also love the fact that they have a great iPhone app to track progress. I wish they come up with an official windows phone app
