    I liked this Fitbit at first but now I wish I bought the surge. The flex doesn't have different feature like surge it's ok for a beginners program. I wish I search more info on the Fitbit product.

    The Force had a display and I could easily see what i had done without the App - with the Flex I have to go into the App, but it still motivates me like a rubberband on your wrist reminds you to keep moving.

    tracks active minutes, very active minutes and steps per day. mileage reading is slightly different from my treadmill. for me wanting to see if I was getting my 10000 steps per day its a great product. it has trouble sometimes when I want to check daily progress syncing with my phone

    The FitBit works great. Helps track calories and workouts wonderfully. The only problem is that you get NOTHING in the packaging that helps to troubleshoot when you're setting it up and getting it to sync all your fitness apps. Other than that, it's great tool once it's up and running.

    The fitbit flex is a great step counter. It motivates me to walk alot more to reach my step goal. I love that I can also track my water intake, amount of sleep and calorie intake. It also tracks active minutes. My husband and I both love our fitbit flexes!

    I already had a system for counting calories and the Fitbit had thrown off my numbers. My phone already tracked my steps so myfitnesspal would get double readings. However, if you are new to any fitness tracking apps and products, this is a good start.
