I wear it all day very comfortable. Lots if items to track, love the silent alarm you can set to wake to.

We have logged over 350,000 steps each in the first month and have increased the default step goal to continue to keep us active and promote a healthy life style. You can't go wrong with this product!

Great gadget for tracking your activity

It measures your steps, calories burnt and can sync with other websites like MyFitnessPal. It is pretty accurate and you wear it on your wrist. The flip side is it is a fancy pedometer.

You can also input the foods you eaten. What I like about it is you can keep track with others that have one as well.

My son loves it

He never wants to take it off and enjoys the competition amongst others he knows that have fitbits. Its kept him motivated an inspired all summer. Totally worth it.

Good but not great

Sleep tracking has different sensitivities which give very different results. Not sure how to properly get the right sensitivity
