not as great at tracking sleep so I stopped using that part. Love the timer feature!

Fitbit Flex is a great little gadget that is a lot of fun to use. It helps one track many things or just one or two things....just as one wants it. Fairly easy to get used to and wear every day and night.

I like this fitbit as it is just enough for a senior. It has all the right info to keep me motivated to keep moving and doing things. It was a great buy at the $40 clearance price.

This is a basic tool that a novice who really has not interest in tracking correct steps or sleep can use. It counts steps while you are typing, but not when you are carrying a child up a hill:(

I had a jawbone up and it was ok but too fragile. It broke within 6 months. The fitbit is MUCH sturdier. Took a bit of getting used to and the band is kinda weird where it clips but it just took a bit of coordination. If you have a choice in today's market, get the fitbit!

I was a bit hesitant about the purchase & use of the Fitbit, but I love it! The app makes it extremely easy to track sleep patterns, exercise, water and food intake. While it is small, it's a constant reminder to walk as much as possible and eat healthy. Two thumbs up!!

This is a great product! It really helps me stay on track by counting my calories & keeping track of my calories burned throughout the day. I also like the sleep feature & how I can use it as an alarm to only wake me & not my husband. I would recommend this to everyone .

This is a great gadget to track activity. Even if you are not a fitness buff, this band will be useful to you. The data collected will may open your eyes to how active (or inactive) you actually are.

I have really enjoyed my Fitbit Flex so far. It was a little hard to put on at first, but has become easier as time goes by. It does a great job of tracking activity and the sleep functionality is interesting. The alarm function is nice as well, but is hard to turn off sometimes.

This is the first biometric device I've purchased and it has most of the features I was looking for. I've just started using it, but so far, so good. Great insights into how active I am on a daily basis.
