    a good device with minimum setup requirements, like that it is water proof, meaning that I can exercise in the rain and go into the wet area in the gym and not have to be concerned about damaging the device

    I'm so glad I bought the fitbit flex. I wear it every day and it's helped track my activity and sleep patterns. I haven't gotten into most of the features, but that just shows it's great for even basic use. I can't wait to have time to figure out how to get even more out of it!

    I bought a Fitbit Flex from Best Buy Culver City about 2 months ago. Now, the unit will not charge nor is it useable at all. I've tried every USB port on my Mac, and nothing. I even tried plugging it directly into a wall socket. On 4/17, I went back to the Culver City store to buy a new charging device for my Flex, but guess what? They don't carry any parts for any Fitbit items. The employee wasn't the least bit helpful or knowledgeable. I suspect he didn't work in that department. I was going to buy a Fitbit Aria Scale at that store, but I've changed my mind.
