When my first FitBit worked, I really liked the tracking, smart phone features, and ease of use/ware. The first one's battery quit working so FitBit promptly sent a new one and this one works fine

This is a great basic pedometer that does so much more. Small design makes the band very comfortable. Recommend for those not training for a marathon and just want a basic everyday fitness tracker. Sleep tracker works pretty good as well.

a great way to motivate if you're stuck in a rut. Friend your friends and cheer or jeer them. Although its common to have to replace it because it stops working, I'd recommend keeping the receipt.

I had a fit bit one which I really liked because of the readout on the device. But because it's clip on I knew it would be too easy to forget it at home or lose it. So since the app is the same I returned it for the Flex w the wristband. The dots readout is up satisfying after the readouts on the One. But frankly since the readouts on the app are the same it's fine since I always have my iPhone. It vastly overestimates the steps so You just need to know that. And the sleep tracker is very inaccurate. One night I was up 4 times to go to the bathroom, and in the morning the app incorrectly said I was up only 1 time, and restless 6 times. For me, it's a nice helpful tool but far from accurate.

I love it and it definitely helps me stay accountable with my physical activity!

Love my fitbit.....easy to operate if you have a smartphone or IPad to synch it with.....love the user friendly ease of set up.....like the sleep mode and the wake up alarm...overall, well worth the money

The fitbit flex is a good product I bought for my mom for Christmas and she loves it

Easy to use. Great to track steps and food. However, they seem to have a problem with the chargers where they stop working after a few times of charging.

This was a replacement for the one I had over a year. Bought the warrenty glad I did. But it is a battery item so a year was pretty good. Would recommend them for sure. Makes me more accountable.

I purchased this product on 01/26. On 2/23 I was unable to use it despite following all of the tech support directions listed on the customer support website. I'm in the process of trying to get it replaced as I really like the product overall.

Nice product. I like how it tracks my steps, I can't figure out how to use the sleep tracker. It has fallen out my wrist a few times ,so I am a little worried that it my fall off and I will lose it.
