Purchased for my wife. She really enjoys the product and is starting to get a better understanding of how the Flex monitors daily activity. It's a very interesting product and well worth the price.

I received a Fitbit Force for Christmas. It gave me a rash so back it went. I was given a full refund as they had a voluntary recall. I got the Flex and I was very excited to have a Fitbit again. It was brand new and I went out of town thinking how good it would be to have it on my trip. I tried to charge it but no luck. I spent lots of time talking to Fitbit support. They were very helpful but still it would not charge. When I got home I sent them my receipt and they are sending me a new Flex, Fitbit #3. I love the Fitbit and I hope three is the charm.

Overall it is great in all areas, but it does take about 5 hours to charge and doesn't do stairs! I didn't wear a watch but broke my ultra clip so many times. Also I can sweat and swim in it!!!
