Tracks basic info - calories in/out, diet, excersise, and sleep

The only criticism is that my Fitbit does not always stay charged.

I have to say the best feature is the sleep tracker. It's interesting to see how many times I'm restless and/or wake-up. I do a lot of walking at work, but I had no idea how much! I'm already recommending this device to friends and coworkers...

Great product and motivational tool. Easy to use and to synch to your iOS device or computer. I question accuracy and the consistency could be better, but overall worth the price.

I use mine every day and it has helped me to increase my walking.

Love it. It is fun to check the laptop and see all of the information automatically input into summaries. Encourages exercise and an awareness of level of activity. Healthy and fun.

I bought this as a tool during a diet bet challenge. It helped me to remember to move each day & make good food choices. I was a little reminder (like a string on your finger). the battery life is pretty good - several days btwn charges.

Absolutely love this device. It keeps track of everything that is important to me. It also sparks many conversations. I would highly recommend it to anyone that plans on keeping track of their weight and physical activity and even sleep!

Got for my daughter in law for Christmas. she seems to like it.

I enjoy it but hopefully the updated Force will be out and I will get that. The silent alarm is really the only issue that I see. But I love how light weight and easy to wear.

This product did exactly what it said it would do. This works well.

I have an iPhone 5 and this product goes hand in hand with my fitness goals. It counts my steps during the day and my sleep during the night. The app is simple and user friendly and allows to add friends that are using similar devices by fitbit.

I initially bought it for work to see how active i am. However it is so versatile that I wear it all the time. Looks cool too! Love the sleep feature. Seems pretty spot on to me..

very happy so far with this fitbit. my wife had one, and wanted me to get it. keeps me motivated to not sit at my desk all day, and to take the stairs instead of the elevator.

It was tricky to figure out which wrist to wear it on at first, a conflict with my watch. But I'm used to it now and really like being gently awakened in the mornings. I feel like its helping me be more aware of what I'm doing on a daily basis.

Love using my Fitbit. Helps me make sure I stay active every day.
