    I sit at a desk at all. I love the ease of tracking my steps with my iphone.I was interested in the sleep monitoring. I don't like having to set the sleep mode and wake-up mode.

    Love my fitbit. I wear it 24/7 except when it might get wet. Ruined my first one in the pool. Along with the myfitnesspal App, it keeps me on track. Lost about five pounds so far. Great customer service at Fitbit if you have a problem.
