    I got this to keep track of my paces, it does a great job. I love that i can keep trak with my phone so I know if I need to walk more during my day to get my 10K + paces. It also records all sorts of other useful information.

    I love the fitbit. I wear it all the time, it shows how much I walk all day but it's cool to see how much I walk just during work (a lot) and it lets me know how many times I was restless during the night when I was sleeping.

    a recent heart attach has me working out and eating better. The Fitbit is a great way to track my activity, food intake (with app), water drunk and steps taken. The app also lets me track my blood pressure, weight and sugar levels.
