Tracks sleep interruptions, but barely informative. Not worth $90.

Love the fitbit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this mostly so I could track my sleep , but it has failed to do so at least 2 times for no reason. My friend who has one says hers did it too once?? But other then those times, it has worked great. I now get to show my husband how much he disrupts my sleep! I love the daily achievements/ goals u can set and it's fun to check through out the day to see how you are doing. I love the competition between me and my friends as well. The step count is not accurate distance wise. I am a runner and I wear a garmin to track my mileage, and the mileage on the fitbit is off by a good bit sometimes. I am sure it has to do with the way u swing your arms maybe since the fitbit is on the arm and not on your foot. Overall I love wearing it and it has been usefully and worth the money.

I Have not tried any others... this does keep a very good track of steps and energy spent... Sleep is up to you to set up and make happen manually... if you forget, tough... all together, GOOD!
