The Flex is helping me change my life and get healthy. While recording sleep & activity, it is also a reminder to me to record food & water. I really like my Fitbit.

It works well and most important thing i found good is it keeps you motivated. You can track Sleep, Food you eat and workout you did with one single device. Cons If you sit and rotate your hand it counts as you are working out.

The recording part gets dirty fast and prevents it from charging. I have to clean it frequently with rubbing alcohol for charging to occur.

bought for my wife. love it. it gets her motivated to exercise almost daily. makes it a game/challenge with her co-workers. connecting to ipad and monitoring her progress in real time is a great motivator.

It is easy to wear and has a lot of food so you can keep track of everything in one place!! Very motivational since you can check your progress on your phone!

This is a replacement. The first one barely made it through warranty. On the whole, the Flex is very convenient. It generally works well, but still has enough little glitches to fall short of 4 stars.

I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. I have had 5 other people purchase the fit bit and we are all thrilled. The company I work for is thinking about getting them for the employees. I highly recommend this product

Fitbit is a great product if you want to track your fitness goals seriously. I use this everyday, during workout and during office hours. It helps me track how many calories I've burnt and allows me to track my food intake.

I bought the Fitbit for my wife after the birth of out son for her to use while getting back in to shape and she absolutely loves how simple to operate it is.

For the price this is an excellent buy After I purchased it I was disappointed to have to charge it every few days but this is the only drawback

Got it for Christmas -excellent motivator for me. Set up my daily goals and then track to see how far along I am. Definitely encourages me to reach my goal daily.
