Great tracking for a busy person.

I would recommend it for anyone. Since I have been using the fit bit to track, I have lost 7 pounds in two and a half weeks.

Keeps great track of sleep and steps really well

Have a little difficulty tracking calorie intake and activity, as there are not a lot of things listed or not sure how they are listed.

I bought the zip first and upgraded to the flex, I passed the zip along to my husband. I also love the easy to use app and how it ties into myfitpal.
