    Helps keep me mindful of fitness goals; app is useful for tracking my activities, diet and sleep. I especially like the weekly progress reports. I'll upgrade to the fitbit Force if/when they start making them again.

    I love my fitbit. It keeps me very motivated to keep moving and track what I eat. love how it gives you a daily calorie goal and shows the totals for calories, fat, sodium etc. the sleep tracker is interesting too.

    Awesome device way better than fuel band only negative is the lack of watch. Battery life is great and the text and email reminders to charge the battery is awesome. The weekly emails about your performance is a huge plus.

    Wearing the fitbit helps keep you tuned in to how active you are and what you are consuming in calories during the day . Just wearing it makes you want to see the steps add up, so you actually want to walk more. ,

    I love the device--best pedometer I've ever used. For some reason, I'm motivated to increase my steps with this. But the wristband isn't always easy to snap on. I keep it on most of the time--but when I remove it, it takes a while to line up the closure. Also, the online logging takes a while to sync and is capricious. Right now, it tells me that I'll be able to see my sleep patterns once I've sync it, but it is synced. A small bother, but a bother nonetheless.

    I purchased this as a requested gift for my wife. I was surprised at how little it actually did. Mostly just a pedometer with and app. Seemed over priced.
