I always fall asleep before I turn sleep mode on; therefore, I hardly have my sleep monitored. Overall a very good buy

I had an original Fitbit for almost 2 years - then it stopped synching to the system. I decided to get the Flex to replace it and liked it with a couple of caveats. 1. If you don't swing your arm quite a bit, your steps will be lower than with the ones you attach to a pocket or waistband. I adjusted my goal to compensate. 2. You can't see any progress on the device, you have to look it up on the app or a computer. I ended up returning my device and waiting for the Force to come out as my equipment wasn't charging properly. Still a fan though.
