Great pedometer and motivator

If you are interested in losing weight or just maintaining it is helpful. Also the sleep monitor is helpful in monitoring if you are a restless sleeper.

One of my favorite

I also love that you can challenge other friends that also have a fitbit though the app which is super easy to use!

I can input foods that I eat and how much water that I drink. I am more aware of my sleep patterns too. It shows when I am restless or awake at night.
