    This is a great device to get started in a weight loss program. It tracks your steps and miles each day. It will also store the data so you don't have to sync every day (of course you will want to for your progress).

    The app updated not long after I bought my FitBit Flex, so I no longer need apps like RunKeeper or My Fitness Pal, FitBit does all of the same things!

    This is my 4th week of using the Fit Bit and I love it. It's easy to use, charge. It provides you a ton of information and it is well made. I think the price point is worth it and I would recommend to anyone.

    The FitBit is awesome. It is a powerful tool in motivating me to exercise. I did not realize that I would keep checking for the time on it or I would have bought the more expensive version that has that feature.

    This is the best thing to keep you on track and it is really nice because you can wear it while you take a shower or go in the pool. I love the flex because I wear it on my wrist and really forget that I have it on.

    Works great. Easy-to-use. Sometimes charging the piece inside the step counter is a little tricky and it takes a while to charge it. But battery life seems to be very good.
