excellent motivation tool for walking

Also it is great how when you log your food eaten, it knows the number of calories, protein, etc.

Do Not Buy Fitbit Flex
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Fitbit Flex in May, 2014 and it worked fine for the first year. However, shortly after the warranty expired, it failed to hold a charge. If you check online, you'll see that this is a problem with the Flex that has been widely reported. I contacted Customer Service and they told me that because it was out of warranty, there was nothing they could do. They did offer a 25% discount on a new one but I refused. We have purchased several Fitbits over the past two years but never again. They will not stand behind their products.

Simple fitness tracker!!

Fitbit is easy to use

It is easy to setup, easy to use and has encouraged me to move more,watch my calorie intake and in general, eat better!
