easy to setup and sync with my phone. The sleep tracking is a bit off, especially with bad sleeping patterns. This is the same with most of these devices though. Neat gadget overall

I have really enjoyed my FlexBit. I have increased the amount of activity that I am doing on a daily basis. In addition, I now can tell how much sleep I am getting and if it is a restful.

Bought two of these (for the wife and myself). While we tend to be active anyway its interesting to quantify daily activity level.

its ok. personally i dont enjoy it. gave it away to a friend. doesnt really do anything to be honest. if i could actively monitor it, then that would be different.

Great motivator for when I need that extra reminder to work towards my fitness goals.

questionable accuracy, upper body activity records as steps also. easy to use and sync with iphone (not so easy with android)

Love this product. Reasonably priced and still get the full effects of a fit bit. Definitely has helped me stay more active and I'm getting better sleep at night also

This wrist unit is worn 24-7. It is super simple to use and by syncing to my android phone it is effortless to keep track of steps daily and if I need it I can look back over time.

I love my Fitbit! It has helped me stay motivated since I purchased it and I am hoping it will continue to do so.

My tracker stopped syncing to my phone after a month. The manufacturer is sending me a replacement. Otherwise, when it does work it gives me all the info I need.

I like the ability to track sleep on the fitbit flex and to be able to see my progress at any time on my phone during the day.

Wasn't sure to buy or not. after reading several reviews I bought this for my wife. She isn't an exercise buff by any means. It was to try and jump start her into being more aware of exercise, It worked. now she is walking more. Next step is diet. Don't know how I will get that going but this was a great purchase.

Bought this for my wife to motivate her to move around and she just can't stop checking to see if she made her goal not a smart watch it really just checks steps

Love the fitbit! It was easy to set up and use. Finding new things about its use everyday. I like the sharing of steps with others. Once it's tied into a wireless scale, even better!

Overall Easy to use! Good selection of foods, & drinks in list. Sleep tracker is useless. Other than that happy with tracking.

My fitbit is awesome, it helps me keep track of my calories burned so that I burn more than I eat and loose weight. I use it to prep for my bodybuilding shows and it works perfectly.

Definitely better than the other models in that you don't have to move it around to different sets of clothes, and it's nice that their are no other accessories to track. Unfortunate that this doesn't track stairs like the other models though. The user interface is not always intuitive on the fitbit itself, though certainly learnable. The company's customer service dept is so backlogged it's useless. If you can look past those downsides, it's a fantastic buy and I'm increasing my exercise levels every week!

the product is great for people wanting to teach their active lifestyle. It's not perfect but it accomplishes the necessities.

My daughter likes it. It keep track of many different things and it is also waterproof.

Overall I'm fairly impressed with this product. It works well and the app does a great job of tracking daily activity and sleep.
