The Fitbit Flex has been a great tool to keep track of my daily activity. It is simple to see how close to my goal I am, so I know if I need to kick it up a notch.

We have been searching for a device to assist us in keeping track of our activities and the Fitbit Flex definitely helps. My g/f loves the fact that it vibrates and flashes its lights when we reach our daily step goal as well as the progression during the day. I love the easy interface with the free iPhone app. We are very happy with them and may upgrade to the Force as it displays information better than the Flex. We wish there were more options within the app (like carbohydrates) as well as entering blood sugar instead of going to the website. However, it's great for what it does and truly helps us.

I have lost 4 pounds the first week. I am walking more than I have ever had. All family members have one and we watch everyones results. It motivates us to walk more.

Use to track steps for insurance discount. Connect to phone and get update messages for steps, Works for me. Only wanted for tracking steps.

Wanted to watch my calories and steps and sleep thru out the day and instead of me trying to remember this was very helpful in keeping track for me

Fitbit has helped me to track my activity and sleep. It syncs well with my fitness pal app which is convenient.

I wasn't looking for anything super expensive when it came to fitbits so the flex was right up my alley. It's easy to use has a great battery life!

My daughter is 19 & had been wanting a Fitbit for awhile...we got her this one for her birthday & it works perfect for everything she wanted it to do.

I'm am so happy with the fitbit program and after a month using it I have lost over 10 lbs and tracking my success.

It works great and helps keep me motivated to move. You can also change your goals as you want them. It is just awesome.

I got this because multiple coworkers had it and being able to add friends and compete with your 7 day step total is fun and motivating to be more active / healthy

My wife is very happy with the Fitbit. Likes the alarm feature and it barely needs charged, every 5-7 days.

Very simple to use, easy glance to see how I'm doing for the day. Can use it simply to track my activity, but can also use it for a great deal more if I choose to.

Excellent invention I am really getting good use out of this I wish more products were this easy to use. I am very satisfied and would recommend this item to anyone.

The application is really good , it very user friendly. The battery life is pretty decent. The traps can be change at any time and you can match to your outfit.

This is a very efficient monitor but... No ready available readout. You do not get information until you sync. Very hard to put on your wrist

I bought the flex last July and have used it ever since. Steps are pretty accurate but sleep pattern detection is kind of iffy. I also have it synced with my myfjtnesspal app on my iphone. I do have to say that I'm a bit disappointed that my flex isn't working anymore. I'll call fitbit to see if they're going to replace it. Otherwise I'd rather get a heart rate monitor.
