I lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks so far! I love the way it sync's to my smart phone. I can track everything and it really makes you aware of you calorie intake.

This works for what it is used for. But I probably wouldn't recommend purchasing this. I was so excited when I first got this. It has a lot of features that might prove useful. I enjoyed watching my progress, and it made me want to keep improving on my goals. However, I think the user interface and app has great need for improvement though. I also can't get the sleep tracker to record quite correctly, I have to manually input the info in the app. The charger doesn't sit well, and I have to sit it on an angle or it doesn't charge. I do wear it, and I find it useful. I probably should take more of an active role and using it to its full potential, but thats on me not the product. The issue I have, which is mostly why I lost my excitement for this product, is that it falls off easily. It is clearly a design flaw. I have already lost it once, and the company was good enough to replace it. I have rigged a makeshift tie from an old watch to hopefully prevent that from happening again. The point is, I shouldn't have had to do that. There are third party sellers that would sell the same thing, but it is a bit pricy for what it is. The company was more concerned with the design rather than function for everyday. I still fear it falling off and losing it.... which is a lot for what it costs.

I bought this for my girlfriend. She really likes it. Tracks activity always. She is really proud when she hits her personal goals and shows me her progress.

Trying to get fit, this is a first step. Easy to use but wristband could be easier to fasten.

Very difficult to install battery and worst of all is trying to lock in and secure the wristband!!! Needs to imorove these 2 awful features.

Love this device. I have the flex now, can't loose it and can shower with it. Love how it connects so many sources and can view progress from my phone! LOVE!

There are a ton of tracking devices out there and really you just need to get up and walk. This however kept me motivated and reminded me to get up and go

the Fitbit Flex is the best fitness tracker at the $100 price point. while it does measure a good amount of information, it's only functional feature is a silent alarm. all other features give insight into your fitness level, but leave you to determine how to use that data. the website is pretty and functional, while the syncing is seamless. Fitbit only supports a limited amount of android devices, but their desktop sync works if you aren't on the go.

I love my fitbit. It has really helped motivate me to be more active. It keeps me in the mindset to keep moving thru the day. I just bought 1 for my mom too.

I really like the fit bit. It helps keep both my wife and I motivated and on track. We have ever started adding our friends to track our progress vs theirs.

I got this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Great for sleep tracking and daily activity. espdcislly in a busy moving work environment.

Does what is says. Easy to set up. I had a problem with my first fitbit but returned with no problems.

This is a great tool to use in tracking your activity. It also can track your sleep patterns. I can view my activity at any time on my phone! Great product!

Haven't used it to its full potential as of yet. Just joined a fit camp and will see how it works then.

I liked having this fitbit, but I found myself missing the time, specific step count,etc. so I exchanged this for the Fitbit Charge.
