I'm glad I purchased this product. I needed a product that would aid in my exercise but also with my sleeping as I have sleep apnea. Overall a great tool.

Lets you know how active you are but having problems keeping it charged. Goes offline with no notification and difficult to get it back.

Bought this for my girlfriend because she wanted to be able track her daily steps, down time, etc. She likes it so far and the program / app works well. I have concerns about the durability of the wristbands though because after only one month, the band started splitting and is no longer usable. I was pretty disappointed in that... She wears it 24/7 but it's not like she put it through any abuse other than what it's intended to be used for.

This is a fun little device. The battery life is great. The social aspect of the device is really fun.

Impossible to understand operating instructions, had to get help from three different people. Cannot put on my wrist without assistance.

I really like the teal band that it came with. It's comfortable and easy to use and it's also easy to be able to sync it up with the app on my iPhone.

We bought this as a gift for my son. Although the counter seems accurate there are a few negative issues. It has to be manually synced way too often. The toggle is inserted but it still needs to be manually entered. The instructions to do that took several attempts to figure out. The strap also causes irritation and he frequently removes it for that reason.
