I had been waiting for this product for a long time so i was very excited to finally get it. I was happy that BB had it so I could use my rewards money to get it. ( made the purchase even better). The product is a visable reminder to stay on track so that is great. The manual was non existent so that was bad. Keeps good track of information sometimes it thinks im sleeping when i am not but other than that it is a good product.

Was a gift for my daughter but she can't use it due to syncing issues with her phone. It will be returned for that reason only.

I love this device. It keeps me on track. It is accurate and the battery last several days.

The device works very well. It's great to be able to see your progress anytime you want on your phone. I would have given it 5 stars but I'm not a fan of the band. It is extremely clumsy and difficult to close. If they could fix that, it would be perfect. If they do come up with a new design, I hope they make it so that my Fitbit model will still work with it. Other than that, I love it. A great motivator to move.

It is what my family and I expected. Amazing how many steps you travel in a normal work day.

I have loved my fitbit for monitoring my sleep & my walks to insure I get enough exercise. Pairs easily with my phone. Love it!

I really love this product. However, every now and then things like the vibration from a shopping cart while grocery shopping, or driving, will put it into sleep mode. I thought I've caught it every time, but have not -- which then makes me appear to have been very inactive as steps are not recorded while in sleep mode. Otherwise, love it.

I bought this as a gift for my father and he loves it! He walks a lot for his job and likes to see how many steps he takes a day.

Love the Fitbit! Can't wait to track my steps everyday as well as my sleep habits. Still have to explore all the other functions.

The fitbit seems to track movement, steps ok. Alarm works good, but the tracking of your sleep cycle has a lot of flaws. The app is garbage, it seems to sync sleep cycle when it wants too, if at all. My primary reason for purchase was just that piece of information (sleep cycle) So keep this design flaw in mind, but I will rate it fairly.

I love my new fitbit and the app that can be reviewed on my cell. I never take it off! I also love the fact that it's completely waterproof!

Absolutely do NOT buy this version of the Fitbit. I purchased this for my wife, as a replacement for one she lost -- the exact same way. The clasp is so poorly designed that the Fitbit can fall off during simple exercise (walking). And unless it hits you on its way to the ground, or you hear it hit the ground, it's gone.

It is very basic but as a first fitness tracker very simple to install and to use

It's very motivating. It keeps my progress in activity and caloric intake. It also keeps track of my calories burned. It's very motivating.

I think this is a very good tracker. Seems accurate, and it automatically syncs to computer .

This is the 4th Flex in our family. We keep track of each other to see who is active and who is not. The sleep function is very interesting.

I needed something versatile that would allow me to track more than exercise. Excellent device! I am able to track my sleep pattern as well.

Easier to use and wear than original fitbit. Easier and better design than competitors product.
