My Fitbit has been very handy to have when tracking my steps each day. I also really love the food and activity tracking features.

Any tracker like this is only a tool. If you can't get off the couch and don't manage what you put in your pie hole, nothing helps. This is my second Fitbit. I use it every day to track my activity. And every day I log what I eat and do it accurately. I don't need or want an expensive tracker with a lot of bells a whistles so this one works fine and meets my needs.

The fitbit flex is great because it enables me to track my steps and compete with friends.

My wife bought this to track her activity and is very happy with it. She tracks her walking, Zumba activity and more.

This product is great. The only thing is that you have to make sure to charge it every few days but other than that it's great!

Keeps okay track of steps, though it seems very inaccurate at times. If using my hands a lot it counts too many steps, and if I'm pushing something it counts too few. The battery life is great though, and it does help me get moving. The app that goes along with it is extremely easy to use and very helpful as well.

I wish the battery lasted longer I lost it once and never found it back. The price is a bit high but I can't do without it now.
