The website that connects to your unit is great at showing your activity levels and sleep patterns, but it's up to you to manually enter your food and water intake...and that gets real old, really fast!

Great in concept, poor in fit.

I'd definitely encourage anyone looking to make lifestyle changes to purchase, just be cognizant of the clasp.
