Really like the sleep monitoring. It is a pain to put on but you no more than you take it off it's not much of an issue. It is far more pleasant to wear than the fuelband. Haven't tried the jawbone up, but I can't imagine it's any better than this and at 30 dollars less this is a no brainer.
