After you charge for the first time the clasp won't stay closed.

Has motivated me to move around more during the day which can be hard to do when you have a desk job!

I bought this b/c everyone was doing it! I love how it works. I am more motivated to walk around with this on!

The bracelet is not attractive. Everyone will know what it is and why you are wearing it. So if you are a couch sitter don't try to pretend you aren't. Never set mine up on the computer because it wasn't that easy to do. I still don't know how it is supposed to know how much water you drink.

I got this product to motivate me to exercise more. I also purchased the Fitbit Aria scale for the same purpose. Together they provide lots of good information. Only reason no fifth star is that I had to return my original flex for a new one after only five weeks, as it stopped working. I would definitely buy a Best Buy protection plan with this device.

my 11 year old loves it - fits her needs - easy to use.

I got this tracker for my daughter and she loves it. She wears it everyday and everywhere. The only thing is it's just shows dots and there's not a big screen to see the time or how many steps you took. You just have to link it to your phone to see that. Overall it's a good buy. It's just a little hard to put on. Once you get use to it it clicks on.

Love how it challenges my friends and me to get our steps in. Love that it's small and not to bulky.

It's a fun way to set a daily or weekly goal. I'm glad the Flex is waterproof and I can wear it all the time.
