I didn't need all the bells and whistles, just the basic Flex that syncs with my iPhone and fit all the colored bands I already had! I really like the sleep monitor feature. Love ordering online with store pickup. It's so convenient and saves time, plus I usually can get the product faster than having it shipped.

It is a nice fitness tracker

This bracelet is a nice tool to track your daily physical activity. When you compare what you eat with the calories you burn, you will understand why you are over weight. The sleep tracking is great, to help you to understand your sleep pattern.

The software is very nice but could be better. They load most of the food you may eat which is great. The lights on the device are bright when it may go off in the middle of the night. (Wife was not happy) I like this device. I think the form factor could be better. Overall I just "like it".
