Keeping grandchildren on track with exercise etc.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased four fit-bits for my grandchildren (7-11) to keep track of their exercise, food, sleep habits etc. - They were so excited to receive them and it is amazing how much more aware they are of what they eat and how much exercise they should have to stay healthy. Their parents have used it as a reward for computer time and I-Pad time if their daily results are on target. It was a great investment. Thinking of getting one for myself.

The app is also easy to use but I do have bouts with the synciing of my Flex with the app. I must say the band can be hard to fasten but it gets easier with wear. Overall I'm please with the purchase. I wish the flex tracked heart rate.
