I have good habits related to cardiovascular activity. This device has helped me to focus on my sleep efficiency and the foods that I am eating. I log in each morning and it helps me start my day by focusing on wellness. I purchased one for my husband and we are both using our Fitbits now.

Fitbit Flex Fitness Tracker

However, I've recently noticed (happened twice now) that the lights on the device blink in an odd pattern when I am trying to determine if I've reached my daily "steps walked goal". I have been able to reset it, by plugging it in to the charger.

Great for basic info

However, less than a month and it's not connecting with my phone. I am still waiting to hear back from the fitbit company. Not pleased that I'm losing use of it while waiting.

This performs better for me than the Fitbit One

I have been using the FitBit Flex now for over a month and what a difference. It is always on tracking. Unlike the ONE you do not have to take it off with each change of your outfit. Very pleased with the FitBit Flex and the IPhone app that I pair it with.

She is pretty good with technology, but the grandkids helped her sit it up. Within a few days she was having issues with it not syncing to her tablet. Other than that, she loves it. That is why I gave the "easy to use" grade as lower.

Love it! Holds me accountable

As far as the encouragement factor, I was surprised by how much I look forward to feeling that little buzz on my wrist telling me that I have reached my daily goal. Now I like to keep going to see how much more I can accomplish that day. A great tool to use for personal goals!

Not what I expected but it is ok

I like that it vibrates when you reach your daily goals (how many steps you walked)
