Great tool for everyday activity tracking

It is a great device to help track # of steps, miles covered, calories burned and keep track of what you have eaten. I found wearing the band easy to get used to. I really don't notice it anymore and it is fairly unobtrusive. Many people mistake it for a watch. This was easy to set up on my IPhone and IPad.

Works good other than the bands
