Works well for measuring day-to-day mileage, somewhat OK for sleep information. Doesn't report any climbing of stairs - although suppose to. Entering food eaten is problematic unless you always eat pre-prepared foods or at restaurants.

This is a lightweight tracker and perfectly adequate for tracking basic functions but I wanted one that showed the time and this did not. So I exchanged it for a Fitbit charge

It generally does what it advertises. The sleep tracker is nice, but I don't always remember when I fell asleep / woke up in order to track it... Would be nice if that was more automatic.

I needed a replacement for my fitbit since i lost it overseas. The day I came back home I immediately went to Bestbuy and was able to activate my replacement within minutes. My experience in the store was quick, easy, and painless. I was even able to lower my price due to Bestbuy's price matching.

This is a much more comfortable wrist worn tracker than my UP band. I don't even notice that I have this on. That said, the sleep tracking is neither as accurate or as useful as the UP. The Flex also lacks the smart alarm feature that UP has.

I like it. It isn't bulky and it doesn't fall like most odometers. The accuracy on steps is a bit off and the charging chord doesn't work well, otherwise I would give it a much higher rating.

Great step tracker and very easy to use. Great app.

I bought this as a present for my husband but he ended up returning for a fitbit one which he thought would work better with his lifestyle. He loves all the features and seems more excited about staying healthy which for me is a great review.

Wish it also had the capability to show what your heart rate was, maybe even your blood pressure, that would be neat. I got this for myself to try and help keep me motivated to stay fit.

I like the product however disappointed it doesn't record stairs like the other fitbit devices. Also not sure I like the fact that nothing displays on the bracelet like the other devices.

Very good and gets synced up the mobiles easily. The only reason I gave 4 star is the charging procedure.. you have to remove the tracker from the set and put it in a charger, after full charge you need to put it back.

I really like it. Helps me be more accountable for how many steps I've taken, calories burned and calories consumed. All those stats are available for viewing on my phone and home computer via Bluetooth.

The FitBit is an easy way to stay motivated daily. Simple taps on the display show you how close to your goal you are anytime you want. E-mail reminders with your activity and progress reports with friends results displayed as well.

Bought this for my wife to help track her daily glucose, exercise and sleep, but it doesn't explain how to really use it. I had to read reviews from others to help with the basic functions. I don't feel this was good purchase.

This step counter is really accurate. The silent alarm is a great feature in order to wake up without loud buzzing sounds from standard alarms. By checking the light status you know how close to your goal you are which is very motivational.

I bought this Fitbit tracker for my mother for her birthday. She loves it! I also got her the Tory Burch bracelet that the Flex fits into so she can wear it out and it is disguised as a nice piece of jewelry! I have one myself and get compliments on it all the time. Would highly recommend!

The unit works just as described, even in sleep. However, when walking on a treadmill it doesn't track my steps. It gets about one in ten steps. I assume this is due to not physically moving forward while walking on the treadmill.

Love my Fitbit! This is my second one, but purchased a different color band. Really like this vibrant color--- makes exercising that much better when I look down at my wrist and see that pop of pink. Nice having two bands in the box so you will have a great fit no matter your wrist size.

Even though the band is uncomfortable and you could cheat by waving your arm around it's still good and helps a lot with keeping track of how much you move and how your sleeping even
