Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Flex Wireless Activity Tracker's sleep tracking, ease of use, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the long battery life, comfortable size and weight, and the motivational aspects of the device. While some users mentioned challenges with the charging mechanism, clasp, and price point, the positive feedback on core features outweighs these concerns. The water resistance and alarm features also received positive comments.

I ran out to as soon as I saw it available and the store had it in stock. Couldn't wait to replace my fitbit ultra so I could sync with my iPhone. Took some time to put on my wrist and make sure it was secure. After trying it out for 20 min. I felt it was uncomfortably bulky. I play golf and this would not do. I wear my fitbit ultra everyday whether at work or play and have no problem. I returned the flex and bought the one and am very happy. This product would be great if thinner and if it had a clasp to put on and secure.

Great for easy synching, better than the jawbone. It's lack of ability to scan what you eat for nutritional input is where it falls behind the jawbone in fitness trackers. Great way to check your goal without having your phone.

I returned this item primarily because I could not sync it with my iPhone (yes I'm one of those people who still has just an iPhone 4). Of course I didn't realize this until I got it home and started the set up process. This device will sync with the 4S or 5 but not the 4. Without the ability to manage the Fitbit from a mobile device, it becomes nothing more than an expensive pedometer/alarm clock. I also question the accuracy of the tracking. I wore it while fishing for a full day and I racked up 18,000 steps due to the constant movement of my arms - hmmm. My husband bought one at the same time and he loves his - he has an iPhone 5.

I bought this for my wife. She was using it pretty regularly for a few weeks. She discovered that sitting in the rocking chair and rocking added steps to her tracking. Now she only wears it when she goes running/walking.

The info gathered is fun to watch but needs to be read Correctly and not misunderstood. Steps are NOT exercise and some things are counted as physical activity but you need 30 min of higher physical activity to count.

Nice one to use. Although it tends to go into sleep mode at times, it is very helpful if one wants to start on a fitness regimen and be consistent. Not sure about the sleep patterns though - will use more and review later.

I am in the process with reaching out to FITBIT to replace my tracker. My mother has it for a short period of time and its not working correctly. Sort of upset about this. Therefore I have to rate it as 2 stars.

Since I picked up the Flex I've had a great experience. The UI of the app is easy to use and the ability to link 3rd party apps is a plus. The sleep tracker is not accurate and will switch to walk mode in the middle of the night. Make sure to not tuck your arm under yourself while sleeping

It is good and it keeps me motivated however it many small thinks will set off the sensor to say I am asleep. I also thought the tracking for sleep would be more useful.

I was glad to find this item on sale during the holiday season. My wife and I had been looking at fitness trackers for a while. This looked like a good one to try as a beginner. Too bad it would not fit my wrist as well.

It's a nice band that seems to accurately track you information, however it doesn't have a lot of functionality, if you are looking for a feature rich device I would look at some of there other products.

Nice lightweight and subtle on the wrist. Great apps to track progress. My wife seems to think it tracks more activity than she actually does. Working full time at a desk and still burning tons of calories? Not sure...

Overall, it is a very good product. If Fitbit works out the activity monitor inconsistent tracking, it'll be a fantastic product.

Have had several fitbit products and flexibility of this on is the best for me. Seems to work in pocket just as well on wrist. Tapping for different things takes a little practice and would prefer unversed to flashing dots

I have no experience using the fitness bands, but I bought this as a gift for someone who is extremely happy with the Fitbit. She has experience with multiple fitness bands and says "(she) would trade all of them in just to have another Fitbit as a Back up." She is happy, so I am happy.

Band broke after one month. Data entry could be simplified with a bar code scanner. Does keep good tracking of steps and sleep.

I purchased the wrist band because I lost my original Fitbit One and thought that a device on my arm would be harder to lose. By the third day of use I looked down and it was gone (Just fell off). Contacted Fitbit a couple of times through their website and never received a return response. Since I am a fan of the product and App I have since purchased another Fitbit one. Would not recommend this product to friend because its too easy to lose and Fitbit will not stand behind its product. My recommendation would change if Fitbit would redesign the band to stay on your wrist better.

I really like this fitbit but it makes my arm sweat. It's not really bad but it does happen. I also think with this being on your arm sometimes the step tracker counters your arm movements instead of steps taken.

The style, price-point and utility of this band is what we chose it for. May move up to the higher level versions for instant display of data, but cost was the main factor ion our purchase.

The fitbit is really good for the price. However it does not always count your steps. I push wheelchairs a lot and it doesn't work, so I have to put it in my pants pocket to count steps. But I do really like it.
