So far I'm happy with my prurchase. The only thing that is bad is thst when you are on the treadmill it does not count your steps correctly do I just add that in and charge it when I run! Also the adding the foods for counting calories is not very good so I use another one for that!

very good for someone wanting to track walking and sleep and sync to phone. Some issues with synching not a lot of bells and whistles but great for the price and many band colors you can get cheap

love this! love the red and the size of the band! i wasn't concerned about heart rate so i didn't pay for HR! the only thing i wish it has was a reminder to get up after a certain amount of time!

I'm not to happy with this product. I use my hands a lot at work so every movement it records a step. I honestly didn't think about this when I bought it. Also the calorie count is never right. Just not happy

My wife and I both have the flex and love it! Great tracker with email notifications for fitness status updates and when battery is running low. Best to get the Fitbit app so you don't have to take out of band, find your cable and dongle and plug into your computer. Phone is wireless sync.

I had a fit bit before this and upgraded because it syncs w phone and you can set goals and track your exercise and keep stats on phone to c progress, the only setback is to remember to charge it every five days

Nice tracker. Easy to set up. Works well with either a computer or smart phone/device. Tracks steps by day and sleep at night. The results are not exact step counts, but rather indicators of general activity. I figure that, over time, it is a good measure of ones day-to-day activity levels.

This product is great! The only negative is that there is no alarm you can set to get you up and moving. Some other bands will vibrate every 30 minutes that you haven't been moving. That would be nice to have!

This product is awesome. I have been recommending it to friends left and right. the steps aren't the greatest, but I love the alarm clock/watch and goals all in one. Has been very accurate with active minutes also

Good device. Like the Bluetooth connection compared to the Up band. The Up band has a much more convenient strap that goes on like a bracelet instead of a watch band. Does not seem as durable as the Up ban as well.

I really like that this product motivates me to be more active. I dont usually wear jewlery and have super-sensitive skin, so the band was difficult to get used to.

I purchased this item for my teenaged daughter. Moshe wanted to get started on a fitness regime and we thought this would be a great way to get her used to watching her steps. It has been great!

I have been using the Fitbit for one month now. The band broke already right by the black line. It also is not very accurate on how I sleep. I wake up many times at night and it does not record this at all.

The Fitbit could be a bit more user friendly pertaining to removing of the battery, placement into the charger and placing it back into the band. This would be something I would recommend needs improvement.

I've had this product since July. Recently I had to take it back and swap it for a new one, because the band broke (fitbit product was fine). I purchased the warranty, and Best Buy swapped it out with no issue. I love this product and all that it tracks. Works great with my Iphone 4S.

Bought this for my girlfriend 18 months ago and she still wears it everyday. I wanted to get a new model for her for Christmas this year, but she still likes her old one and turned it down.

Great overall product. Sweat gets inside the band so make sure to take out the tracker and wash after working out or being outside. Been a Fitbit family of products user for almost 2 years now and not disappointed.
