I needed this to show me that I wasn't as active as I thought I was or needed to be. It also shows me that I sleep better than I thought. It makes me think about my health every day which in turn makes me be more healthy.

I love my Alta HR. It's small enough not get in the way but gives me all the info I need about my steps, heart rate, and levels of exercise. I also love how it connects to my cell phone to give me alerts about calls and text messages. Great product!

I took my first fit bit back, it did not track steps or sleep. There is not a number I can call for help to set it or ask questions. My husband has a fit bit and it works great, but I cannot get mine to track steps or sleep. If it is tracking calories, it doesn't make sense. I do not understand why I can't get it to do what it is supposed to do. I got this to help me increase my activity and to help me with my weight loss. I would really appreciate a phone number and/or call from fit bit to help me with this. *********8 I would not recommend this product at this time due to my experience.

This is a wonderful product and my wife absolutely loves how it tracks her lifestyle and her fitness. Highly recommended.

I do love my fitbit flex but hate that it counts patting my baby as steps and doesn't count pushing a stroller. I kind of expected it so I still gave it a 4. It works pretty well and I am definitely happy with it.

Addicted to my fitbit. Had to replace when the battery died. Purchase of the protection plan for these devices seems well worth it. Quick, no trouble exchange for new one. Only lost a few hours of steps.

If you think you do not get around enough during the day; you will see the value in measuring how much you actually get around. The ability to set goals and reach them are a very nice feature with a FitBit.

My husband and I bought this for my mother in law to help her with keeping track of her walking and activity, as she is currently battling breast cancer. She uses it when ever she goes out.

I found it extremely difficult to get on my wrist. The accuracy of the data was questionable because moving my arms added steps. I wanted it to track my sleep patterns and it did an average job.

Works well for those who focus on walking. For serious runner I would recommend the charger or another brand that supports the Nike plus app. Great for beginners and it gets the job done.

Didn't like how you can't see how many steps you've walked just by looking at it. Go for the Charge version.

Could be improved with (a) waterproof casing to allow auto-tracking of swimming activity and (b) an XL band to provide more comfortable fit for XL folks that possibly could benefit most from the product.

I found this to be a good conscience. The app that goes along with it is very good. I had no trouble sleeping with it. I retired it when I got an Apple Watch. I don't miss the sleep monitor.

The Fitbit Flex is a great bargain for a fitness monitor. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles, it does count steps and monitor your sleep and you can set up an online account to monitor your fitness. It is well worth the inexpensive cost.

Great for the cost. Could be better. Best tracker on the market currently.

excellent product but be aware the battery dies in a few months even if you juice it properly so get the insurance.

I find the sleep data interesting. The Fitbit that is worn on the hip seemed to count more steps than the Flex. I like the connectivity with smartphone & push notifications a you are nearing your goal.

This gadget works great. The only issue I have is the metal clamp isn't designed very well. It sometimes can fall off your wrist and you don't even realize it. Overall its great and simple.

The fitbit flex is awesome...love that it transmits data to my fitness pal...I also love how it keeps track of my water intake. Would recommend fit to everyone...helps keep you accountable and motivated.
