I wanted to challenge my friends to see who can get the most steps in a month.. So this was the one we were all using. It just took too long to secure the fit bit i have completely stopped using.

Love my Fitbit ! It has been just the push I needed to get moving and have challenges with my friends. It is helping me improve my energy and stamina which is helping me keep up with my grandkids.

I bought this for my girlfriend during Christmas of 2014 and it is STILL her favorite accessory. She doesn't leave the house without it and she loves being able to switch out the bands. Great gift for someone wanting to become more active and healthy.

This was a gift that the recipient did not want. She took it back and got much more expensive model. But, had she tried this one out, she would had found out what I did...THAT'S IT GREAT! And sometimes you just don't need the bells and whistles!

Had the Flex for 13 days and it stopped working. Went to the fitbit forums. Followed directions. Didn't work. Talked to Customer Support, very nice, worked for about 14 hours. Stopped. Called CS again. Followed directions. Worked for less than 2 hours. Not working at all. Never got it wet. Never damaged it. Treated it like a baby. Won't sync. Won't hold a charge. Will replace once. If second fitbit doesn't work I want my money back.

I have the Fitbit ONE as well and I personally like that better but this wasn't bad. I gave it a 4 out of 5 b/c the latch is not the greatest. I kept hitting it an amost came of a couple of times.

Love this band! The only issue is that sometimes if I am doing something that shakes,vibes or moves my arm too much it will put it on sleep mode. Other than that Ibprefer this over the tiny fitbit.

after the first malfunctioned after 3 weeks, I returned it to the store for a replacement and the replacement is working like a charm. Tracks everything. Happy with the purchase. Just having the band on your arm serves as a reminder if you are trying to be healthy.

Fitbit lets you set your own goals and encourages you to reach them. When you sync your Fitbit each day on a computer, your progress is displayed clearly on the dashboard along with positive feedback. This simple bracelet is an amazing incentive for a healthy life.

This is the second fitbit I have purchased. Within a few months of purchasing my first one I had trouble getting the battery to charge. Of course I could not take it back as return store policy had lapsed. The same thing happened to this one. Tracking of the steps are not accurate. This is a pretty expensive item to only be able to use for just a few months at a time. I would not buy this brand of fitness tracker again. Extremely disappointed.

Previously lost or broke 4 fitbits so appreciate the wristband. Do wish I could see the no. of steps without having to look at phone. Can easily miss the 10000 by only a few steps which is sad...

The only things I don't love about it is that it doesn't track heart rate, and it's difficult to put on w out help. Otherwise I find it very helpful and has a lot of online tracking info to use.

Performed great until I lost it. The clips that latch the wristband become disconnected extremely easily. I lost the Fitbit after just a couple of weeks. Before losing it, it worked extremely well.

This device is really helping me reduce and tone up. It was a little discomforting when I first started wearing it while sleeping but that has pretty much been abated.

Fitbit is great for what it does, I would like it to incorporate a heart rate monitor feature as some exercises are not "step" orientated and does not value the additional effort for that workout

The fit bit works fine. The best part is the interactive app that allows you to compete with friends. Sometimes we'll have daily challenges at work, it can really get you motivated to move!

I was looking for something minimalist with great tracking support and this was it. App support through fitbit is awesome. It is also nice to be able to remove the tracker and place in another wrist band because the bands take abuse over time. Very pleased overall.

My fitbit flex turned out to be defective. The geek squad figured that out and I replaced it with a fitbit charger. I'm glad it didn't work because I then purchased the charger which I love.

I love this fitbit. The only reason why it gets 4 stars is because sometimes it is a little bit off since it goes based on hand movement. Other than that, I love this and the app
