The problem with the Fitbit is that the clasp on the bracelet does not hold well. I have had it fall off 4 times so far.

My fit bit wouldn't charge taking it out of the box for the first time . Sending it to the manufacturer cause it's under warranty.

This is my second Flex. I do love it. Not sure what happened to this one. All of a sudden it won't hold a charge. But I called and they are shipping a replacement.

Does everything I need to help lose weight but the wrist band isn't so good after 2 days its started separating an you can not tap it to put it to sleep I have to log into my iPad

Ok product. No displays. The taps that the tutorials tell you about didn't work for me. Had to use phone or tablet app. The only info thy is automatically entered is the sleep tracker. Fitness, water an food consumption have to entered manually. Fit Bit stopped taking a charge. Could not get it to work. Returned it and did not get another one.

Great product but wish that it had a viewable clock like a wrist watch. Some workplaces will only allow employees to wear items on the wrist if they can be used as a watch.

I had the fitbit one and although I liked it, I was always misplacing it or forgetting to transfer to whatever clothes I was wearing, With the bracelet, you always know where it is. I still get all the functionality that I need with the bracelet.

Honestly I really enjoyed it for about a month. Then I got bored with wearing it and constantly charging it. I stopped wearing it.

I had my old Fitbit for 2 years but ended up running it over with the lawn mower so I bought a new one just like my first one because I loved it so much! Fitbit flex is the way to go for an inexpensive activity tracker!!!

Got this cause the force was recalled. Works well and has a good app that you can use with it. Without app you have little idea how your doing during the course of the day. Would like better interface on unit itself. Still overall very good

I love the website and the app that goes with this. It is a pedometer but the electronic tracking online makes the price worth it.

I like the Fitbit and the sleep monitoring tool is very good, but for the most part unless you faithfully track everything the device turns into a pedometer on steroids.

The only issue I have is activating the sleep tracker via the flex. I can physically enter the time slept on my dashboard but have issues tracking sleep just using my flex.

Its alright I guess... I question its accuracy, I seem to take more steps than I really do. It doesn't count steps correctly if pushing a stroller or shopping cart, and the sleep tracking feature is way off. If you just want a basic idea of how many steps you take, this will work. If you want to have confidence in your activity level or are serious about fitness, buy something better.

I believe it could be a valuable life style tool, it you use it to its fullest extend. Sometimes hard to record calorie intake

I have had several of the more elaborate devices in the past, from several brands, but they didn't last. For the money this Fitbit tells me all I need to know.

I was looking for a replacement for my very old flex, and found it on sale at Best Buy. Was a little slower getting to me, than what was listed, but not bad.

I feel it is a very nice item for helping people build awareness of their activity levels. It creates a great starting point for anyone that wants to improve their activity.

Battery life is too short - I would have thought it lasted much longer than it does. Avg about 3 days to recharge. And the I don't get any steps added in...

This is my first pedometer. The software is quite sophisticated. Manually entering daily calorie intake, while making one aware of daily nutrition, can be very time consuming.
